Neith Nevelson is without any doubt a premiere 21st century artist. Neith Nevelson comes from a most prominent artistic heritage, she is the granddaughter of iconic Louise Nevelson, one of the most important sculptors of the twentieth century, under whom Neith learned her craft and techniques and became an artist very early. Today Neith Nevelson with her immense body of fine work stands on her own pedestal as a living legend of serious art and an American treasure.
Her paintings mainly revolve around three subjects, horses, nudes and faces, each piece with rich imagery painted with strokes of a master. An exhibit of recent works by Neith Nevelson will be on display at Wine…Etc. located at 3197 Commodore Plaza Coconut Grove FL 33133 on Saturday June 2nd 2012 starting at 6:30pm to coincide with this coming first Saturday of the month’s Coconut Grove Gallery Walk.
